Mondrón Olive Oil

Mondrón´s ‘Único’ Premium Olive Oil is a soft, complex and harmonious extra virgin olive oil. It comes from Mondrón, a village in the town of Periana where it is produced, in the northern part of La Axarquía.
Its aroma is intense, with many nuances: green olive, grass and fruity touches of banana, plum, apple, raspberry and tropical fruit. In terms of taste, ‘Único’ offers a perfect balance between bitterness and sweetness.

Benefits

In addition to all the uses that can be given to a quality extra virgin olive oil, such as creating salad dressings or simply on toast, this oil is recommended for making sauces and mayonnaises in dishes such as ‘gazpachuelo’, a typical soup from Málaga, since it is a light oil that will not stand out over the rest of the flavors but will complement them.
