Gil Luna Olive Oil

Gil Luna Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from three varieties of olives: Hojiblanca, Picual and Zorzaleña, the latter being endemic to the area. It is characterised by its exquisite fruity flavour and bitterness.
This olive oil is extracted from hundred-year-old olive trees using organic harvesting techniques without the use of chemicals and/or pesticides.

Suggestions

It is ideal for salad and pasta dressings, vegetables and white fish.
