How can I make an online purchase?
It is a very simple process. You only have to follow the next steps:
- Choose the category where the product or products you wish to purchase are located.
- Select the product/s you are interested in to find out their characteristics and see the photographs.
- Select the number of units and add the item to the basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or process your order.
- If you want to continue shopping, repeat the process. If you want to make the order click the button “Finish order” to star the purchasing process.
- Enter all the information requested and make sure everything is correct.
- Select your payment method.
- Confirm the order and proceed to payment.
- You will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
Which countries do we ship to?
We currently ship orders to European Union countries and the United Kingdom.
Do you restock items marked “out of stock”?
If a product is not in stock it will be indicated on the website and we will try to replenish it as soon as possible.
Will I receive the same product I see in the photo?
Yes.
How can I be sure that I have made my purchase correctly?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive it, please contact us at hola@malagagourmet.net.
Can I remove an item from my order?
Yes, you can remove the item you want from the basket before processing the order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order by contacting us at hola@malagagourmet.net as long as it has not left our facilities.
What should I do if I receive an item in a bad condition?
Málaga Gourmet only sells products in perfect condition, so if, exceptionally, you receive an item with any defect, please, contact us as soon as possible.
What can I do if I receive an incorrect item?
If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive an item that you have not ordered, please contact us.
What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?
We have the following methods of payment: Credit or debit card and Bizum.
Why can my credit card be declined?
Your credit card can be rejected for the following reasons:
- The card may have expired. Check the validity date carefully.
- You may have reached the limit of the card. You can find out if you have exceeded the amount allowed for purchases by consulting your bank.
- It is possible that some of the data entered is incorrect. Check again that all the necessary fields are correctly filled in.
Is it safe to use my credit card on this site?
Yes, Málaga Gourmet’s website has a SSL certificate to protect your data at the time of purchase and payment.
Where will I receive my order?
You will receive your order at the address you choose at the time of purchase.
Can the country of delivery be different from the country of purchase?
Yes.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The average delivery time on the peninsula is 2 working days, unless the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, in which case the order will be processed on the first working day following the day the order is placed.

How is the home delivery process?
We will send you a confirmation e-mail when you finish your purchase and the carrier will contact you to inform you about the delivery.
What should I do to return a product?
To request a return of an order, please write to us at hola@malagagourmet.net specifying the order number (which you will find in the order confirmation e-mail).
Málaga Gourmet will not be responsible for the transport costs of the return. You can send the items to:

What is the deadline for a refund?
For any return, you have a period of fourteen days from the placement of the order.
How will I receive the amount of my refund?
Once the return has been approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
After approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition and unopened) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account (the same method of payment you used to pay) within a few days. Please, note that the delay in credit card payment will always depend on your bank.
What should I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?
Contact us and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
