Exquisite EARLY HARVEST olive oil obtained from green olives in their ripening process. It has a strong and bitter taste.
FILTERED: offers the traditional taste of Andalusia. Intense taste and fruity aroma.
UNFILTERED: This ‘liquid oil’ goes directly from the olive to your table. Pressed at low temperature a few hours after harvesting, so it has a very low acidity (0.16% - 0.17%), obtaining a soft flavour and a yellowish-green color.
