Ardales Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the Hojiblanca variety is a specially selected olive oil. It is an early-harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil (from the last week of October) so it has an intense green colour and a unique aroma.
Ardales olive oil offers a penetrating fruity taste of freshly cut grass and olive leaves. It has a progressive and persistent bitterness with touches of green almond, apple and banana peel. It is an intense, but at the same time balanced oil.
