It is a smoothly fluted pasta that allows the sauce to soak into the pasta. It is perfect for cooking with traditional sauces such as Bolognese, carbonara or any sauce with mushrooms, vegetables or cheese, as the chunks get inside, leaving it juicy and surprising in every mouthful.

Origin of the grain: Sierra de Yeguas (Malaga).
