Pasta production process in Malaga

The artisan method is followed to make this ecological and artisan pasta: after respectful grinding, the semolina is kneaded and the pasta is shaped with bronze molds. Subsequently, it is left to dry slowly at a low temperature (below 40ºC), preserving the qualities of the raw materials intact. The result is a tasty, rough pasta that blends well with sauces and is very satisfying.

These pastes are free of traces of eggs and other animal derivatives (dairy, squid ink). They are also free of traces of soy.

The origin of its cereals are the Andalusian countryside near the Humilladero area, specifically in Sierra de Yeguas. What makes them unique is that they have their own mill to grind the grains themselves, which are turned into flour and later into their rich paste.
